I have gut reactions to things which are often correct and I regret later when I don’t listen to them. And then I have reactive reactions. They are often wrong. It’s a matter of tuning in to where the feeling is coming from. Hope to get better at this. Like the analogy with Galileo and Aristotle. I might try and think of them when I’m hiring some new people in the next few weeks.
