I heartily agree with this message. I am a retired counselor and still do some coaching. Thanks for an excellent article. Many psychiatrists don't believe in psychiatry. Sensible optimism based upon effort and science beyond biological interventions offer more hope for those who are ill. Neuroplasticity tells us that we get good at what we practice... so practice well-being (love, work, health, place, and quality of time).
