Love this post. I just wrote one about resilience too but related to your immune system and your finances.
"In a world of constant disruption, resilience is the only true security — a dynamic skill set that enables us to pivot, rebuild, and emerge stronger."
I believe people today are facing a pervasive and accelerating environment of uncertainty, thus perhaps a lean towards negative outlooks or at least a tinge of anxiety. What's your take on the role, if any, for "affirmations" in context with your point about "accuracy" vs. an overly positive outlook?
Love this. “The goal is accuracy, not toxic positivity” really landed. These three phrases are like cognitive first-aid—simple, sharp, and grounded in reality.
I love this post! As someone who is the opposite of your patient, Ava, I’ve recently felt like I haven’t been navigating life the “right” way because I don’t prepare myself enough for disappointment. This helped me realize that the key isn’t swinging to the other extreme—it’s about finding balance.

Great question, Robert. Affirmations can be helpful though it’s important for them to be embodied and more than words.
